Payment Policy:
Enrollment is based on a monthly fee to secure your child’s spot for the selected semester (Spring, Summer, or Fall).

Ongoing enrollment is not guaranteed—you must re-enroll by the designated dates to continue for the next semester.

Payment is due on the 1st of each month unless otherwise agreed upon. Additional care outside regular hours is $25 per hour and must be requested at least one week in advance. While we will do our best to accommodate, after-hours care is not guaranteed.

Holidays:
We do not hold classes on holidays. A holiday schedule will be provided with each semester’s enrollment. If you require additional child care during holiday breaks, please request it at least one week in advance.

Sick Policy:
For the health and safety of all children, sick children must stay home. Please do not bring your child if they have a fever, diarrhea, vomiting, or any contagious illness. There are no refunds for missed days due to illness.

Weather Policy:
The weather in Colorado can be unpredictable! We do not plan to close due to inclement weather. If you need care for school-age children during public school closures or delays, please let us know in advance. Snow day options will be included in your enrollment packet.
